And thank you Sheila for the recommendation...It deals with the experiences of the English Channel Islands during WWII, from the letters of a woman who gets drawn into the life of the island of Guernsey. You'll like it, Mom...I'm saving it for you! And I've added Guernsey to the list of places to visit.

More snow today...
The weather cooperated yesterday and everyone was able to come and greet Lauren and eat Muna's birthday cake. I hear that there was a crazy snowball fight at the park between Katie and Jaime...glad I missed it! Today it is snowing again...Happy President's Day.
