WWII remnants in London

I just finished reading The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society.  Yay for good books!  And thank you Sheila for the recommendation...It deals with the experiences of the English Channel Islands during WWII, from the letters of a woman who gets drawn into the life of the island of Guernsey.  You'll like it, Mom...I'm saving it for you!  And I've added Guernsey to the list of places to visit.

That is the island where a certain unnamed lives. It is a beautiful island and supposedly one of the last places that Hitler hid/died in. I should tell you about some of my driving experiences there, the memory sends chills down me still.
